City Facilitates PBB-P2 Payment

In order to facilitate taxpayers to fulfill their obligation, Jakarta Provincial Government cooperates with Indomaret minimarket.

Now, Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) can be paid in that minimarket outlets.

Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat said, service to the taxpayers will be better, appropriate, fast, efficient, effective, and transparent with this system integration.

"In order to make them fulfill their obligation, tax payers must be facilitated," he said after launching PBB-P2 payment via Indomaret outlets event, City Hall, Wednesday (8/9).

He explained, Jakarta Provincial Government has collected tax revenue from taxpayer's NJOP up to Rp 1 billion as many as 1.1 million SPPTs from total 1.7 million PBB-P2 tax payers in Jakarta.

"Another 600 tax payers can fulfill their obligation to help the needy," he said.

He added, PBB-P2 can also be paid in 13 government or private banks and post office.

"We will keep facilitating tax payers to pay the tax without queuing. Thus they can fulfill their obligation anywhere," he closed.

For information, taxpayer who wants to pay tax via Indomaret outlet needs to inform the tax object number and tax year to be paid. Then, the payment can be done by cash or debit card.
