HBKB will Be Held Again in S. Jakarta This Sunday

Car Free Day (HBKB) will be held again in South Jakarta on Sunday (8/27) along Jl. Mampang Prapatan Raya until Jl. Warung Jati Barat at 6-11 A.M.

We will place 75 personnel in 35 spots along HBKB route

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. Head, Christianto said his side will redirect the traffic flow. Vehicles from Ragunan to Kuningan will be redirected to Jl. Pejaten Barat, Kemang Selatan, Kemang Raya, Bangka Raya, and then go through into Jl. Kapten Tendean.

Meanwhile for public transportation such as Metromini S 75 (Blok M-Pasar Minggu route) will be redirected to Jl. Duren Tiga, Raya Pasar Minggu into Pasar Minggu from Jl. Kapten Tendean and Jl. Mampang Prapatan. While Transjakarta is still able using its lane.

"We will place 75 personnel in 35 spots along HBKB route," he mentioned, Wednesday (8/23).

He explained, HBKB will be enlivened by pencak silat (martial art) performance, fire handling socialization, story telling, air quality measurement, bazaar, and cycling.

"This event is supported by related sub-departments. SKPDs and UK PDs in South Jakarta will also join in cycling," he closed.
