City Council's Budgeting Agency (Banggar) gives a condition regarding SKPD budget planning proposed in APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS 2017.
But the budget must be improved
City Council's Banggar Deputy Head, Triwisaksana said, since many SKPDs propose to cancel its budget in APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS 2017, its budget planning is considered weak.
According to him, SKPD is supposed to be able to anticipate program that will be running or not from early of budgeting year. Thus the allocation can be used for other helpful programs to citizen.
Meeting to Formulate APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS Postponed"I hope this case will not happen again in budget 2018," he expressed, Thursday (8/24).
He added, principally his side can accept budget proposal from SKPD in APBD-P's KUPA-PPAS 2017.
