DKI Bank ATM Asked to Add More Transaction Service Features

DKI Bank ATM asked to add more transaction service features to give customers more convenience in doing routine payment transactions.

Including to add vehicle tax payment feature in ATM

Jakarta Secretary's Assistant for Economy and Financial, Frangky Mangatas Panjaitan said, this improvement is hopefully would increase DKI Bank customer number considering the satisfaction due to its service.

"I already ask DKI Bank to keep improving their service. Including to add vehicle tax payment feature in ATM," he said, Monday (9/11).

Land and Building Tax Transactions Through DKI Bank Reaches Rp 3.7 Trillion

He added, his side is welcoming the plan to lessen administrative fee for urban and rural land and building tax (PBB-P2) which paid through DKI Bank ATM.

"Start from August 2017, administrative fee for PBB-P2 is just Rp 5 thousand, from the pre vious Rp 10 thousand," he closed.
