Jakarta Provincial Government will oblige all hospitals to cooperate with Health BPJS.
In next two weeks ahead, Pergub will be issued
Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat said, his side will issue governor regulation (Pergub) as legal protection about the obligation.
City Encourages Private Hospital to Cooperate with Health BPJS"We will issue Pergub soon," he said after attended the 8th World Hepatitis Day celebration at Taman Menteng, Central Jakarta, Saturday (9/16).
"Service at the hospital must be oriented to help curing the patients," he added.
He explained, currently there are still many private hospitals that have not cooperate with Health BPJS yet.
"If Pergub has been issued and we still found any hospitals which have not cooperate with Health BPJS, we will give strict sanction," he affirmed.
He continued, hospitals will be evaluated every year by Hospital Supervisory Board (BPRS). BPRS will monitor and evaluate for permission renewal.
"We will revoke operational permissions of any hospitals which are not obeying the regulation. In next two weeks ahead, Pergub will be issued," he closed.
