30 N. Jakarta Sudinhub Personnel Unravel Congestion on Jl. Yos Sudarso

North Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) deployed 30 personnel to unravel congestion on Jalan Yos Sudarso. There are several spots become personnel's focus.

We divided them on congestion points thus traffic can go smoothly

Based on Beritajakarta monitoring, after inundation receded, congestion happened on traffic lane from Cawang to Tanjung Priok and vice versa.

Traffic congestion happened in several spots on the opposite road. Such as in front of North Jakarta Mapolres, Artha Gading Mall, and Kodamar Complex. It mostly happened due to many intersections and U-turns.

Satpol PP Instructed to Assist Manage Traffic Flow

North Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Benhard Hutajulu said, around 30 personnel were deployed on the field to unravel the congestion on Jalan Yos Sudarso.

"Around 30 personnel were deployed to handle traffic congestion on Jalan Yos Sudarso. We divided them on congestion points thus traffic can go smoothly," he said, Wednesday (9/27).

According to him, congestion not only happened due to inundation. But also due to road condition and road narrowing. Such as in front of Sunter Agung intersection that narrowed from four lanes into two lanes.

"Vehicles are still can move though slowly," he closed.
