Council Supports Suggestion in Allowing Mayor to Purchase Land for RPTRA

City Council Commission A supports Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suggestion in allowing mayor to purchase land for Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA).

Commission A Vice Chairman, William Yani said, mayor is more likely to know the area well thus needs to find and purchase land for RPTRA.

Based on planning experience in 2016-2017, he stated that land purchasing through mayor was not realized because of indecisiveness in compiling budget. Thus his side asked Bappeda to be more careful in compiling the components.

"Must be more detailed, thus mayor is confident to do it. If not detailed, mayor will be not confident to do it since the risk is high," he closed.
