Daan Mogot Pedestrian Arrangement Has Touched 54 Percent

We're optimistic that the project can finish on time

Progress of structuring the 1.7-kilometer length pedestrian track on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, has so far reached 54 percent. It is expected that the project can be complete by the end of this year.

West Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept. Head, Riswan Efendi said, his sub-dept. keeps optimizing the project.

"We're optimistic that the project can finish on time," he expressed, Friday (10/6).

He added the pedestrian would have park, bike track, disability steering tiles, park bench and good drainage.

"It's carried out along with related unit related to the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) For instance, park arrangement becomes the responsible of Forestry Sub-dept. and so on," he closed.
