PT Transportasi Jakarta continues to conduct various efforts to further improve services in the capital. One of them is by preparing services for bike users by using double-decker bus owned by Transjakarta.

"We're working on how many buses that have been operated, accommodate the bike users. One of them is we learned the use of double-decker bus," expressed Budi Kaliwono, President Director of PT Transjakarta, Wednesday (10/11). 

He added, later on, the bottom of the double-decker bus would be fitted with a rack to place the bike. While the top floor, will be functioned for passengers.

His party is also conducting review with bike communities to finalize the plan. The review includes the route and the potential number of customers who need the service.

"This month, we're still doing some meetings. Talk about the route, depending on discussion where the they (bike community) better know what their needs are," he closed.
