Asian Games Project Construction Asked to Concern About Weather Condition

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah asks all Asian Games project constructions to be accelerated before entering the peak of rainy season.

Asian Games construction must be optimized before entering rainy season

"Asian Games construction must be optimized before entering rainy season," he mentioned, at City Hall, Thursday (10/12).

According to him, contractors must concern about rainy season during construction progress. It can not be denied that weather condition also affects construction project success.

Asian Games Project Hoped to Be Done on Time

"When entering rainy season, construction work could be hampered. This thing must be concerned," he expressed.

For information, progress on several constructions have been conveyed in Asian Games 2018 preparation meeting. Especially three assignment projects from central government.

Such as velodrome construction progress which has reached 63.49 percent from target 61.2 percent. It is targeted to finish in March 2018.

Next is equestrian project that reached 76.65 percent from target 75.28 percent. It is targeted to finish in February 2018. These two venues will be not used for test event.

Meanwhile Light Rail Transit (LRT) has reached 45.05 percent.
