600 Joint Security Personnel Deployed at City Hall

600 joint personnel from TNI/Polri, Pamdal (Indoor Security), and Satpol PP, are deployed at City Hall. 

City Hall area is included in Ring 1 area. Thus its security must be optimal

Jakarta Secretariat General Bureau Head, Firmansyah said, there are 100 Pamdal personnel, 13 vital object security personnel, 150 TNI/Polri personnel, and more than 300 Satpol PP personnel are deployed.

"We want Jakarta Governor-Vice Governor for 2017-2022 periods welcoming and ceremonial events to run smoothly, safely, and conducive," he said, Monday (10/16).

According to him, City Hall security will be focused from entrance, pendopo, governor office, Balairung, and Great Hall. Besides, security personnel will be prepared near the stage and Block G yard.

"City Hall area is included in Ring 1 area. Thus its security must be optimal," he expressed.

He added, security screening will be applied for volunteers and people who want to watch welcoming procession and other events at City Hall entrance.

"We are maximizing the security screening at entrance. While for welcoming Mr. Anies and Mr. Sandi, there will be an attraction of Palang Pintu and welcoming dance," he closed.
