Sandiaga to Transmit Entrepreneurial Spirit to Students

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno believes unemployment number in Jakarta can be suppressed by transmitting entrepreneurial spirit to the school students.

"Thus I want to ensure headmasters from SMP, SMA to SMK to transmit entrepreneurial spirit as early as possible," he said, during Oke Oce Association Act in Handling Dropout Children event at Education Dept. Office, South Jakarta, Thursday (10/19).

40 Thousand New Entrepreneurs are Targeted to Be Produced Next Year

He explained, SKPD would collaborate with the Oke Oce Association. In this program, Education Dept. will act as leading sector to run the program and produce business field for young generations.

"With a completed and qualified education, not only ready-to-work students can be produced, but they can also create jobs," he said.

He also ensures Jakarta Provincial Government was ready as facilitator to create entrepreneur center in each sub-district. Entrepreneur center is prepared to encourage and give training to dropout children.

"This way, dropout children or graduated children can be equal in business," he closed.
