East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. is targeting to dredge five connecting channels in East Jakarta that will be complete in the upcoming November.

"Dredging process has touched 20 percent. It is targeted to be done by the end of the upcoming November," expressed Mustajab, Head of East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept., Thursday (10/19).

He mentions those five channels are located at Jalan Teratai Putih (Klender), Jalan Puspa, Jalan Kamper (Utan Kayu Selatan), Jalan Kelapa Dua Wetan, Jalan Kayu Manis Barat (Matraman) and Jalan Taman Malaka Barat.

"Dredging itself is done up to 100-300 meters long," he finished.
