Taman Sari UPPRD Intensifies Pergub No. 124/2017 Socialization

Taman Sari Tax Service and Local Retribution Unit (UPPRD), West Jakarta intensifies socialization towards Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 124/2017 about Tax Reduction and Arrears Deletion on Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) Administrative Fines within 1993-2012 periods.

Taman Sari UPPRD Head, Andri Kunarso said, this socialization is done to make taxpayers pay off their PBB-P2 arrears.

"We socialize it by installing banner in each urban village offices and several major arterial roads in Taman Sari," he said, Monday (10/23).

He explained, that Pergub gives 50 percent tax remission for tax payers who have PBB-P2 arrears within 1993-2009 and 25 percent for PBB-P2 arrears within 2010-2012, and administrative fines deletion on PBB-P2 arrears for 1993-2012 periods.

"Tax reduction and administrative fines deletion is automatically applied since it has been added to system. Thus taxpayer does not need to propose for application letter," he added.

But, he continued that in accordance to Pergub No. 34/2017, taxpayers can propose application letter to Taman Sari UPPRD for 50 percent remission on PBB-P2 administrative fines in 2013-2017 periods.

"Taxpayers who are affected by disaster such as fire incident, can submit for deletion on PBB-P2 administrative fines within 2013-2017 periods," he closed.
