Governor Conducts Sidak to Cikini Urban Village Office

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan conducts a sudden inspection (sidak) to the office of Cikini Urban Village, Menteng, Central Jakarta. It is done to ensure public services run well.

According to Anies, as the spearhead, urban village is demanded to improve the quality of service. In addition, they should be an example for the people starting from the simple ones such as employee discipline and hygiene reflection.

"We want to make sure the service is run as well as possible. Service operation must be on time, complaints must be responded well and done thoroughly," he expressed, Tuesday (10/24).

Anies Focuses on Inventorying Issues in His First Executive Meeting

He advised, every urban village head should control the situation and condition in their working area. It is related to unemployment, healthcare service, education, and social vulnerability. So, it is not only a massive acceptance of the public that proposes licensing and non-licensing.

"Whatever the problems faced by the people must be resolved. If this can be done, I am sure the people response to them will also be positive," he explained.

He also encourages Jakarta Provincial Government to develop Jakarta City together.

"I came here to see firsthand, I will visit many more places soon. We want to make sure all the apparatuses work together to develop Jakarta," he closed.
