Urgent, 10 GORs will Be Renovated Soon

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno said, 10 Youth Sport Venues (GOR)s are urgently needed to be renovated to support Asian Games XVIII event.

Its renovation is targeted to start in the end of October and finish in May 2018

According to him, these 10 GORs will be used as athlete's training venues from volleyball and basketball branch.

"This renovation is an urgent project. Its renovation is targeted to start in the end of October and finish in May 2018," he said, Tuesday (10/24).

SKPD Asked to Ensure Asian Games Venues Preparation

He mentioned 10 GORs that will be renovated are Bulungan GOR, Pulogadung GOR, Cempaka Putih GOR, Sunter GOR, Soemantri Brodjonegoro GOR, Senen GOR, Ragunan GOR, Jakarta Barat GOR, Jakarta Timur GOR, and Jakarta Utara GOR.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Youth and Sport Dept. Head, Ratiyono added, GOR's floor, lighting, tribune, and toilet will be renovated.

"GOR will be renovated to meet international standards," he closed.
