Grogol Petamburan PTSP Has Issued 1,013 Permits

Since January-October 2017, the Grogol Petamburan Sub-district One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Service Unit Management, West Jakarta has issued 1,013 permits.

Issuance of KRK has reached 858 permits and IMB has reached 268 permits

Grogol Petamburan Sub-district PTSP Management Unit Head, Agus Darmanto said, from that number, most permits that have been issued are City Plan Description (KRK) and Building Permit (IMB).

"Issuance of KRK has reached 858 permits and IMB has reached 268 permits," said Agus Darmanto, Head of Grogol Petamburan Sub-district PTSP Management Unit, Friday (10/27).  

He said, KRK permit issued is not only to qualify for IMB, yet also to request for an increase in land ownership status.

He explained, the timing of the permit completion process issued by the Grogol Petamburan PTSP Management Unit is varied, depending on the difficulty of the requested permit.

"Herein, we need 14 days to issue KRK permit and 7-40 days for IMB," he explained.

He also opens a one-day service. Therefore, he urged residents to come alone to propose permit without using broker service.

"We're ready to provide solutions and assist the people who apply for permits," he closed.
