Traffic Engineering will Be Imposed at Jalan Lodan Raya

North Jakarta Administration is going to apply traffic engineering along Jalan Lodan Raya, Pademangan. It is because there is construction of the box ducting and elevation of the sidewalk.

"Traffic jam is seen severe, considering there is a road narrowing. Moreover the passing vehicle is mostly container truck, that's why we will apply traffic engineering there," expressed Husein Murad, Mayor of North Jakarta, after he surveyed the location, Tuesday (10/31).

Jalan Lodan Raya is a vital route for container transport vehicles. It is because the road connects Jalan RE Martadinata Road to Sunda Kelapa Port, Jalan Pluit Raya and inner-city toll road access.

While North Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. Head, Benhard Hutajulu uttered there will be a study with related parties regarding traffic engineering that will be applied at Jalan Lodan Raya.

"It will be discussed today. And there needs to be a deeper discussion by involving some related parties," he closed.
