PHL in Central Jakarta Must Have Expertise As Their Tasks

Central Jakarta Assistant City Inspectorate (Irbanko) has instructed the regional working unit (UKPD) to stop the recruitment of freelancer (PHL). They must have expertise in accordance with the type of work given later.

"We ask all UKPD in recruiting must see their expertise accordingly or not with the kind of work that will be given," expressed Bernard Simatupang, Sub-Division Head of Central Jakarta Irbanko Administration, Wednesday (11/1).

According to him, during recruitment, PHL's duties and obligations are written in the contract of employment. Thus if it is different in its implementation, it is a violation.

"Certainly recruitment must be according to the letter of work. If a violation is detected, the actor will be sanctioned, like termination of contract," he closed.
