"At that time, Jakarta DPRD Chairman directly invited the Governor to deliver the first speech related vision and mission that had been delayed," he told.
He assessed, merging the two agenda in the plenary is the right plan.
"So this will be concrete, not just the vision of mission and promise, but directly deliver how much the budget," he closed.
