"This service is to help flood victims and provide them with health service for free," she said Monday (11/13).
She added, 45 people are visited to have some treatments. Most of the visitor are elderly people.
"Most of patients are only complaining mild pain, such as itching, coughing, stiffness, and high blood pressure, thus no one is admitted to hospital," she closed.
