15 Public Minivans in Tanjung Barat Station Netted

Due to illegal parking, 15 public minivans KWK T 19 (Depok Terminal-Pinang Ranti Terminal) were netted by 70 joint personnel of Jagakarsa Sub-district, South Jakarta. These personnel consisted of Satpol PP, Transportation Sub-dept. and army/police.

This controlling is done in the framework of Orderly Sidewalk and enforcing the Bylaw No. 8/2007 on Public Order

Jagakarsa Sub-district Transportation Executing Unit Head, Eko said that controlling was intensified in Tanjung Barat Train Station area. Those were netted, because they often picked up passenger and parked on the roadside. No wonder, traffic jam could not be avoided.

"This controlling is done in the framework of Orderly Sidewalk and enforcing the Bylaw No. 8/2007 on Public Order," he expressed, Tuesday (11/14).

Nine Illegal Parking Vehicles Netted in Pasar Rebo

Of 15 public minivans netted, 13 out of them were ticketed and 2 other units were towed.  

"Controlling goes well, as w e do it persuasively," he closed.
