120 People Undergo Fire Handling Socialization in North Jakarta

North Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept., conducted socialization related to danger of fire towards 120 participants at three different locations, Monday (11/20).

The socialization itself was held in RW 03 Marunda Urban Village, RW 05 Papanggo Urban Village and RW 01 Sunter Jaya Urban Village.

150 Students in Seribu Islands Given Fire Training

According to him, it was also aimed to create a reliable society in the face of fire threats and to reduce the frequency of fire in North Jakarta.

Besides being educated about danger of fire, the participants were also encouraged to put out fire from the burning gas stove.

As experienced by Aditya (41), a citizen of Sunter Jaya said, in addition to knowing the extinguishing techniques, it also prepared mentally when there was fire disaster.

"This must be held routinely. Residents alternately attend this training so there is equity," he closed.
