Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno encourages PD. Pembangunan Jaya to conduct groundbreaking of Rp 0 Down Payment (DP) dwelling construction in 2018. In the first phase, this decent and affordable house is planned to be built at Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta.

PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Director, Yoory C. Pinontoan added his side is ready to support City program in making Rp 0 DP settlement.

He explained, two towers with capacity of 700 units will be built on 1.3 hectares land.
