PT. Pulo Mas Jaya Renovates V-nesia Mall

PT. Pulo Mas Jaya will renovate V-nesia Mall on Jalan Pulomas Jaya, Kayu Putih Urban Village, Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.

V-nesia Mall renovation is targeted to finish in June 2018

PT. Pulo Mas Jaya President Director, Bambang Mursalin told V-nesia Mall will be renovated by using Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) scheme and revenue sharing.

"V-nesia Mall is using more than 2.3 hectares land with four-story building. Its renovation is budgeted Rp 100 billion," he informed, Thursday (11/23).

Council Supports INASGOC to Succeed Asian Games

He explained, it will be facilitated similar to other malls in general. It will be projected as culinary center thus can be visited by Asian Games XVIII athletes and officials.

"V-nesia Mall renovation is targeted to finish in June 2018. Thus it can give support and benefit to Asian Games," he said.

For information, PT. Pulo Mas Jaya is the subsidiary from Jakarta BUMD, PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro).

This company has been operated commercially since 1996. Its activity is focused on development in housing, office, and commercial property construction.

Besides that, it also manages flat, office, shopping center, facility, and tourism recreation.
