PD. Dharma Jaya Director, Marina Ratna Dwi Kusuma Jati said, Christmas and New Year needs of meat is not as high as Lebaran.
"We just add no more than 10 percent of Eid Fitr. We ensure it is in sufficient amount," she conveyed, Thursday (11/30).
PD Dharma Jaya Ensures to Sell Quality MeatHe explained, consumption towards prime meat in Christmas and New Year is increased. Because this type of meat is the most favorite for barbecue event.
"We add more stock for several types of prime meat such as sirloin for about 8 tons, and short trip for about 8-9 tons," she added.
For subsidized meat that will be given to Jakarta Pintar Card (KJP) holder, she continued, there are 29 tons of beef cuts, 20 tons of rolled beef in cuts. Currently, 50 tons of imported meat stock from Australia have already arrived at Tanjung Priok Port.
"We have order another 4 tons of imported meat for stock. All meats will be sold by PD. Pasar Jaya and we ensure it is in good quality," she stated.
