C. Jakarta Sudinkominfotik Opens CRM Service App

Central Jakarta Communication Informatics and Statistic Sub-dept. (Sudinkominfotik) is opening assistance service for citizen relationship management (CRM) application to apparatuses that need it.

We will remain open if the apparatus wants to ask again

"Despite the application has been studied deeply in eight sub-districts, we will remain open if the apparatus wants to ask again," said Tatik Mulyani, Head of Central Jakarta Sudinkominfotik, Tuesday (12/5).

According to her, the service is opened to help them understand about the CRM application usage. Thus public service could be more optimal.

Crop App Upgraded to CRM

"I hope they can understand well. So it will make it easier for them to do their duty," she expressed.
