Public Service Mall Visited by 700 People Per Days

Public Service Mall visitors keep increasing since it was inaugurated in October 2017.

Number of visitor is increasing

Previously, it is only visited by 300 people per day. But now, it has increased to 600-700 people per day.

Jakarta Investment and One-Door Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi Harahap informed, there are 328 service types in Public Service Mall. Such as licensing and non-licensing service from Jakarta Provincial Government, ministry, or institutions.

"Number of visitor is increasing. It can reach 700 visitors per day in average," he stated, Sunday (10/12).

Starting next year, he targets 1,000 visitors per day. The most favorite service in Public Service Mall is pasport service.

"We will evaluate and expand some services that usually accessed by visitors," he conveyed.

Currently, there are 328 services consist of 296 services from Jakarta Provincial Government and 32 others from seven ministries and institutions.

From Jakarta Provincial Government, there are services provided by PMPTSP Dept., Taxation and Local Retribution Dept. (BPRD), Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Dept., and Jakarta Land Spatial Planning and Building Work (CKTRP) Dept.

One of Public Service Mall visitors, Iwan Septiawan (30), admitted that he satisfies with this facility.

"We didn't queuing too long in here. It is also comfy," he expressed.
