Commission C will Evaluate Furniture Asset Disposal

City Council Commission C will evaluate furniture asset disposal on five Jakarta regions and Seribu Islands Regency Asset Management Sub Units.

One year auction and its financing reaches half a billion but the total asset we have is only Rp 100-200 million

Commission C Chairman, Santoso said, evaluation on asset disposal is needed since the value is not the same with proposal.

"One year auction and its financing reaches half a billion but the total asset we have is only Rp 100-200 million. This is not the same with proposal," he affirmed after meeting with West and East Jakarta Asset Management Board Unit (Suban PAD), Monday (12/18).

Council Requested Jakarta Land Asset to Be Fenced

Commission C Secretary, James Arifin Sianipar suggested Suban PADs in Jakarta to coach their employees to be an expert in asset disposal field.

"Commission C suggests its employees who don't have asset disposal skill to be educated and certified. Thus they can give appraisal towards asset that want to be disposed," he stated.
