Sunter Lake in Tanjung Priok Cleaned

15 freelancers (PHL) under North Jakarya Environment Sub-dept. are deployed to dredge Sunter Lake, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

It is also conducted in welcoming swimming competition at Sunter Lake that will be held in February 2018.

"Every day garbage in the lake is cleaned. It is also to welcome swimming competition in February 2018," expressed Lambas Sigalingging, Head of Executing Unit for North Jakarta Environment Sub-dept., Sunday (12/24).

To conduct it, his side has prepares some equipments such as three amphibious excavators, two boats and gulma cleaner.

"The lake depth is also added. That is why we send three excavators to do dredging," he stated.
