City Council asks for citizen participation in Muara Angke Port arrangement planning, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, by giving some suggestions.

Syarifuddin, member of City Council's Special Committee (Pansus) for Muara Angke Port Arrangement explained, his side has received many suggestions from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) academic named Prof. Harun Alrasyid Lubis related to Muara Angke Port.
"We want to not only listen executives and legislature's suggestions, but also from citizen. We want this 64-hectare land could be optimized," he conveyed, Wednesday (12/27).
Council Wants Muara Angke Port Arrangement to Be Put in RPJMDAccording to him, the main purpose is to transform Muara Angke to be the biggest Port in Asia and as a strategic port for sea transportation to Seribu Islands.
"In that way, we could arrange better economy activities for local residents in Muara Angke and Seribu Islands," he added.
Another member of City Council's Special Committee (Pansus) for Muara Angke Port Arrangement, Prabowo Soenirman mentioned, his side has prepared a concept to arrange Muara Angke. That concept is the result from his side's visit to several areas.
"So this concept is the result of our work visit," he said.
