Light Moderate Rain will Fall in Jakarta

Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Board (BMKG) predicted light moderate rain to fall in Jakarta.

Please be aware of rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind in short duration

"Most area is partly sunny but light rain to fall in Seribu Island this morning," said Hary Tirto Djatmiko, Head of BMKG's Public Relation Division, Tuesday (1/9).

Afternoon, Light Rain will Fall in Most Jakarta Areas

Afternoon, light rain will fall in North Jakarta and Central Jakarta. While moderate rain will fall in South Jakarta, East Jakarta and West Jakarta. At night, moderate rain will fall in all Jakarta regions including Seribu Islands.

"At dawn, most area is cloudy with light rain to fall in Seribu Islands and North Jakarta," he stated.

Temperature could reach 22-31 Celsius degree with humidity 75-95 percent. Southwest-northwest wind velocity is around 05-27 kilometers per hour.

"Please be aware of rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind in short duration, especially in South Jakarta, East Jakarta, and West Jakarta in evening," he mentioned.
