Pekojan Urban Village Head, Trio Prasetio Utomo said, dredging and cleaning job was done by PPSU personnel with assistance from West Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept.'s PHL personnel.

"We want residents to not close water channel permanently thus water can flow to the channel," he affirmed.
Urban Village's PPSU personnel, he continued, have been instructed to monitor water channel and handle inundation in settlement routinely.
"Pekojan PPSU personnel will be prepared to handle inundation. They will also monitor water channel and dredge mud sedimentation routinely," he stated.
