Saudi Arabia Businessmen Interested to Invest in Jakarta

Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno conveys that currently many Saudi Arabia businessmen interested to invest in Jakarta. Especially investing in tourism and housing sectors in Seribu Islands.

"Housing sector becomes the most in demand by investors. Actually houses with affordable price," he said when attended on The First Saudi Arabia Investor Forum at Ritz Carlton Hotel, Monday (1/15).

According to him, housing investment is very necessary since Jakartans need houses in affordable price. While in tourism sector, investors are interested to invest for maritime-based world class resort in Seribu Islands.

Sandi Welcomes Cooperation in Waste Management Section

"Also in property sector with TOD concept. We will try to facilitate it," he added.

Regarding to this, he asked Jakarta Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. to assist Saudi Arabia businessmen.

"It doesn't need MOU anymore. Just do it directly. We will give required information for those who want to invest," he mentioned.
