Citizens Are Enthusiastic with OK OTrip Trial

Public transportation users are enthusiastic with OK OTrip trial which is integrated with public minivan 03 Kampung Melayu-PWI Duren Sawit route on the first day. Moreover, people can use this integrated service up to 15 days ahead.

"OK OTrip is trialed to inform people about this program. We also give free service during trial," said Welfizon Yuza, Director of Business Development Service and Human Resources of PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta), Monday (1/15).

He explained, people still can use OK OTrip service though they don't have the card in the first 15 days of the trial. Driver will help passengers by tapping OK OTrip card equipped in each vehicles.

"During trial, passengers with OK OTrip cards will not be charged," he added.

Meanwhile, Kirman (69), one of the passengers admitted, OK OTrip is greatly helped him. Because it is affordable and make him easier to send his child to school.

"It is very cheap and helped me a lot. Tomorrow, I will buy the card," he expressed.

At the same place, Untung (42) also mentioned the same thing. As public minivan driver, his side doesn't need to chase target because in this program he gets salary based on Jakarta Minimum Salary (UMP). Besides, he also doesn't need to refuel vehicle.

"I am very grateful. Now, my work become easier. I just need to stop in designated locations. No need to wait or fight over passengers," he conveyed.
