Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) responds Tanah Abang public minivan drivers' complaints by forming small team to find the best solution in fulfilling drivers needs.

In this mediation, Dishub collected drivers complaints. Mostly, it wa
s related to route modification which decreases their income.Central Jakarta-PT KAI Discussed Tanah Abang ArrangementBorlin Simbolon, coordinator of M-08 Tanah Abang-Kota route Mikrolet drivers said, driver's income decreases more than 40 percent due to modified route on public transportation which operates in Tanah Abang.
"Currently, there are more than 350 public minivans in Tanah Abang. It is supposed to be only 213. It means there are more than 100 fake minivans with modified route. We want it to be handled according to applicable rules," he conveyed.
