The ranks of Malang City DPRD, East Java, conducted a comparative study to the Pulogadung Motor Vehicle Testing Unit (UP PKB), East Jakarta, Tuesday (1/23). They learned about the retribution and test of non-cash kir test vehicles.

Malang City DPRD's Commission B Chairman, Arief Hermanto disclosed that the service and retribution payment of PKB in the region is still manual, instead of online.

"Online system in Jakarta is very good. We'll apply it in our city soon," he disclosed.

Pulogadung UP PKB Head, Mirza Aryadi explained that retribution applied i s already online, connected with banking. Thus the system would conduct automatic billing of the vehicles tested kir.

"Kir test tools we have are already integrated into the IT system. So the service can be done online. Especially for registration, can be done by online booking," he said.
