He mentioned, West Jakarta Government plans to arrange this market by creating waste banks thus its environment cleanliness could be maintained.

He mentioned, waste volume in Rawa Belong Flower Market is around 2 tons per day.
"Through waste bank, I hope about 30 percent of waste could become money," he expressed.
