C. Jakarta Targeted to Recruit 8,000 New Entrepreneurs This Year

Central Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives (KUKMP) Sub-dept. Head, Bangun Richard, asked all counselors of OKE OCE program to focus on recruiting new entrepreneur candidates. Each sub-district is targeted to recruit 1,000 new entrepreneurs this year.

Every year, those counselors were given the target of 1,000 new entrepreneurs in each sub-district. Those recruited will attend new business training in three sessions. "Central Jakarta has a recruitment target of 8,000 per year for eight sub-districts," he exclaimed.

As planned, training is slated on Thursday (2/1) in Gambir Sub-district and Kemayoran Sub-district first. "We're optimistic that this achievement is on target. After they undergo training, they will be given capital access and will be monitored in their business," he said.
