"Most areas are cloudy this morning, but light rain falls in East Jakarta and South Jakarta," said Hary Tirto Djatmiko, Head Division of BMKG's Public Relation, Tuesday (2/6).
Rain Falls in Most Jakarta Areas All DayIn the afternoon, light rain will fall in East Jakarta, North Jakarta and moderate rain in Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, and South Jakarta. At night, light rain will fall in North Jakarta, West Jakarta and moderate rain in Central Jakarta and Seribu Islands.
"At dawn will be cloudy and moderate rain to fall in Seribu Islands," he added.
Today's temperature could reach 23-30 Celsius degree with humidity 75-95 percent. Southwest-northwest wind velocity is around 05-30 kilometers per hour.
"Please be aware of rain accompanied by lightning and strong wind in afternoon to night, especially in Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, and South Jakarta," he mentioned.
