Mud Left by Floods in Balekambang Cleaned

Tens of joint personnel along with locals are cleaning up mud left by floods in settlement of RT 08/05, Balekambang Urban Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. One portable pump has been alerted to optimize cleaning in the field.

Balekambang Urban Village Head, Mintarsih said there are still many homes dirtied by mud and disturb the activities of the residents. It is because his side does not have a mobile or portable pump, that is why he requested assistance from East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept.

"We're still focusing on mud cleaning at RT 08/05. Access towards homes is still strewn by mud as high as 60 cm and must be cleaned," he told, Tuesday (2/13).

Herein, 10 personnel have been deployed to the location. They are PPSU assisted by 10 personnel of East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept.
