North Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) applies traffic engineering in Sunter Lake area, Tanjung Priok. This engineering will be applied during Sunter Lake arrangement work.

North Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Benhard Hutajulu mentioned, engineering is applied to accelerate arrangement process. He reminds people who want to go through Jl. Danau Permai Timur to find alternative ways.

"We apply one situational lane. We will divert traffic on Jl. Danau Permai Timur from Jl. Danau Sunter Selatan direction when heavy equipment is working," he stated, Wednesday (2/14).

Meanwhile, Jl. Danau Sunter T-Junction's lane that leads to Jl. Danau Permai Timur is closed. Vehicles from Jl. Danau Sunter towards Sunter Permai area is diverted to Jl. Danau Indah Raya.

He explained, traffic engineering has been applied since Monday (2/12) until arrangement is completed by the end of this week. His side deploys 20 personnel to control the traffic.

"We divide our personnel in two shifts. There are 10 personnel each shifts," he added.
