PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta tightens safety factor assessment to contractors who participate in the physical construction of the MRT project. This assessment is done to prevent accidents to smoothen construction process in accordance with the plan.

PT MRT President Director, William Sabandar said his party would specifically apply a scheme for Occupational Safety and Health (K3) of project workers.
"It is tightened with value-reduction schemes," he stated, when being confirmed in Jakarta, Monday (2/19).

"Demerit points can be interpreted as a form of penalty if the contractor made a mistake," he said.
