BKM-PII Is Hoped to Contribute in Handling Flood

City Secretary, Saefullah hoped, the Engineers Vocational Agency-Indonesian Engineers Society (BKM-PII) could contribute to handle flood problem in the capital, especially in term of provision of water pump machine.

"Pump machine is needed to suck up water when the flood occurred," he stated, when he welcomed the visit of BKM-PII members at City Hall, Wednesday (2/21).
As engineer gathering forum, he continued, BKM-PII can provide recommendations on the condition of water pump machine belongs to Jakarta Provincial Government.
Saefullah Appreciates Flood Handling in Jakarta"The will do survey first before giving recommendations what kind of water pumps that will be used and how to maintain it. Technically, it will be followed by Jakarta Bina Marga Dept. and Water Resources Dept.," he stated.
