Around 10 new RPTRAs will be made in 2018 in order to add 56 RPTRA that have been available in West Jakarta.

Meruya Urban Village already has 5 RPTRAs. But some urban villages have no RPTRA due to lack of land

West Jakarta Secretary, Eldi Andi stated, although its existence is the same with some urban villages, yet there are still some urban villages have no RPTRA. 

"Meruya Urban Village already has 5 RPTRAs. But some urban villages have no RPTRA due to lack of land," he expressed, Wednesday (1/28).

Hence, he continued, its development this year is prioritized to urban villages that need RPTRA. 

West Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Sub-dept. Head, Taufik added RPTRA that will be made this year uses the land of social and public facilities.

"Proposal from urban village for RPTRA has been submitted. We'll review the location prior to the development," he stated.
