The pansus formation initiated by council is conducted because dissatisfaction over Basuki's answer over fraction minds about Accountability Report (LPJ) Governor's Fiscal 2013 at the plenary meeting of the City Council a few days ago. This is because the answer is deemed not detail.
DPRD to Follow Up BPK’s FindingsHe acknowledged that he worries if the LPJ Governor's Fiscal 2013 is not approved by legislators. This is because it is the right of DPRD to approve or reject it.
"This is the right of DPRD and politic. You as political people should get ready for rejection or approval. It is good if there is pansus formation, thus we can know the APBD is ratified or not," he exclaimed.
As known, Jakarta DPRD will form pansus to follow up the BPK findings regarding city administration's finance report. In such report, the BPK reports that there was fund misuse amounted to Rp 1.54 trillion
"I've read the Mr. Acting Governor's answer, but it did not offensive sharply. It will be re-asked by the council when we received accountability report," said Head of Jakarta DPRD, Ferrial Sofyan.
