City Council encourages City to complete Jalan Sudirman-MH Thamrin sidewalk arrangement on schedule which is before Asian Games in August 2018.

"We support this program. But we also need to measure the time. Hopefully this will be all done when Asian Games started," conveyed Abdurahman Suhaimi, Head of City Council's Commission D, Wednesday (3/7).

Sudirman-Thamrin Sidewalk Arrangement Targeted to Complete Before Asian Games

He also reminds City to prioritize workers safety in re-building the sidewalk. Moreover, his side supports this sidewalk to be decorated with Walk of Fame that introduces outstanding athletes.

"It's good. Because it is done to beautify Jakarta in welcoming Asian Games. So, city's sidewalk should be attractive," he added.
