Kunker, Four Cities Studied Non-cash System in Jakarta

City DPRD Secretariat, welcomed a working visit (kunker) of council members from four cities. They are from Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, Padang City, Bekasi City and Sijunjung Regency.

We want to know how the city manages funds for kunker and recess up to salary via non-cash system

In that occasion, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency DPRD Chairman, Akhmad Fahmi stated that his visit was aimed to study the non-cash system in Jakarta that has been implemented since 2015.

"We want to know how the city manages funds for kunker and recess up to salary via non-cash system," he expressed, at City Council building, Thursday (3/8).

Responding on this matter, Nurbaini, Head of Paripurna, Fraction and Pansus Sub-Division, City DPRD Secretariat explained that non-cash payment system was applied to minimize corrupt practices among bureaucracy.

"It also aims to facilitate performance treasurer," he stated.
