West Jakarta Committed to Develop IKM

West Jakarta Administration is committed to develop the small and medium enterprises (IKM) through training, guidance and mentoring.

After the training, they will be guided and monitored

West Jakarta Secretary, Eldi Andi disclosed his party will keep assisting the trainees who want to become new entrepreneurs.

"So the trainees are not just training. After the training, they will be guided and monitored," he stated, Monday (3/12).

Entrepreneurship development, especially food and beverage industry, he said, for example by way of making packing to be more interesting.

"Packaging is one of the factors that consumers are interested in the products produced by small industries," he expressed.

As for the licensing, West Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept. and KUKMP Sub-dept. will coordinate to assist them.

"Those who have license can already supply their products in each event held by UKPD under the city government," he said.
