Recently, land beside of this two-kilometer channel is misused as dumpsite and also parking space for local residents. "Actually this land is owned by local government (Pemda). So, we will change it into green space and park. The lane will be planted by ornamental plant and trees," stated Bambang Musyawardana, East Jakarta Mayor, Tuesday (3/13).

According to this issue, East Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. Head, Rommy Sidharta mentioned, his side will immediately check the owner of land beside that PHB channel.

"We will include it in plans for 2019. But of course we will check the owner of that asset first," he confirmed.
